A busy schedule places great demand on our receptionists who answer all incoming calls. At times, you may be asked "to hold" in order to briefly answer and direct an incoming call or provide scheduling information to another staff member. Every effort is made to accommodate your call and we are grateful for your understanding.

Some questions or concerns can be best managed by the Doctor or other assistants. In these cases you will be directed to the appropriate person or your call will be returned as soon as possible. All calls to us are treated with the highest confidentiality.
